As its the half term holidays, I decided to challenge Aurelia to something a little different – crazy golf. Aurelia had her first taste of crazy golf earlier this year when we visited Tree Top Adventure Golf in the heart of Manchester City Centre. And she absolutely loved it! This time our quest for adventure took us to Dino Falls Adventure Golf.
Useful Information
Dino Falls Adventure Golf is located at the Trafford Centre and so is easy to find and access.
Car parking is free and there are ample parking spaces.
The 18 hole course took us approximately one hour to complete.
The course opening times are 7 am – 10.30 pm daily.
The cafe serves hot and cold food as well as refreshments.

Crazy Golf at Dino Falls Adventure
Upon arrival, we paid and Aurelia chose our clubs and golf balls. We were given a scorecard which made the whole thing incredibly competitive!
The golf course is filled with excellent models of dinosaurs. They really bring the course to life! Some of these dinosaurs even move and make noises!
The course became more and more difficult as we progressed, however, none of the holes were too difficult to complete, even for Aurelia.
Unsurprisingly, the holes are dinosaur themed.
We crossed a ‘Jurassic’ river.
And found ourselves in a cave!
The course was fairly busy. Often we had to wait for the people in front of us to finish the hole before we could move on. Unlike many other crazy golf courses I have been to, at Dino Falls there was plenty to keep the kids entertained while we waited.
Puzzles are dotted around the course. Aurelia enjoys a word search!
Giant deckchairs provide a great photo opportunity!
Aurelia’s favourite photo is this one, as she hatched from a dinosaur egg!
The model dinosaurs ensured Aurelia had something to look at as we made our way through the course. She was fascinated by them.
Of course, Aurelia won! I have clearly taught her well! All in all, this was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with Aurelia and we will definitely be returning for another round of crazy golf!
This is so cute! I love how they were able to add in the prehistoric designs to mini golf – makes for an even more fun time!

This looks absolutely amazing! Crazy golf was my favourite thing ever as a kid. I haven’t played in years but I’m sure I’d still love it. She looks so cute inside the egg! And it’s great that they have puzzles and stuff to keep the kids occupied while they wait, such excellent attention to detail x
