Whilst I’ve been shopping recently, I can’t help but notice the sheer amount of autumnal animal themes accessories in the shelves. I must admit, I wasn’t entirely sold on this design initially, but after seeing the wonderful pieces available – I’m now all over it!
I love to change the accessories in my home regularly, doing this refreshes the room and gives it a whole new feel without going to the expense and effort of redecorating. I keep the décor in my home largely neutral so this is relatively easy to do.
The autumnal animal accessories I have found work really well with the new season and really give the home the autumnal feel. Using animal images around the home almost feels like bringing the outdoors indoors, and I love the vibe this brings to the home.

To me, the imagery of stags is a classic, timeless look that seems to add a touch of sophistication and opulence to any room. They offer the hunting lodge atmosphere but (thankfully) without the hunting! I will take a cue from Gaston and use antlers in all of my decorating!

Lighting is an essential feature in any room and with the dark nights approaching, it is all the more important to get the lighting in a room right. I adore these animal lamps – they are a tad whimsical, yet at the same time are classy and elegant.

Cushions
I spotted these amazing animal print cushions in my local Asda – they are adorable and form part of a huge framed animal print collection they have on sale at the moment. These would enhance the autumnal feel in any home. I especially love the squirrel with the monocle!

Bedding
The bedroom is perhaps the easiest room to transform as the bed quite often dictates the style of the room. These adorable bedding sets are not only perfect for the autumnal season, but will also take you right through the winter. They simply scream dark nights and comfort by the fire.
