MojiPops Toys- The Perfect Christmas Gift

MojiPops Toys- The Perfect Christmas Gift

As the countdown to Christmas continues, we’re bringing you even more Christmas Gift Ideas for kids with our new favourite toys, MojiPops. MojiPops are a fabulous new range of toys which Aurelia has thoroughly enjoyed playing with.

So, What are MojiPops?

MojiPops are adorable little figurines that can be bought in blind bags, in blister packs, or as part of a playset. The figurines come in lots of different shapes, e.g. car, chair, aeroplane, skateboard or little monster. There are 48 figurines to collect, each in two different colours!

Each figure comes with an interchangeable two-sided face. Each face has a different emotion – happy, sad, sleepy, cool just to give a few examples. Through play, MojiPops allow your child to express a range of different emotions. I can think of many ways these toys could assist some children, e.g. children who struggle to express their emotions can use these particular toys to express themselves.

To make full use of this feature of the MojiPops toys, we explored a huge range of different emotions. Asking questions such as:

He was pushed off the swing, how do you think this made him feel?

How do you feel when you’re playing with your friends?

Aurelia was then able to change the face of the figurine to display the correct emotion.

We then used the figures to discuss various emotions:

Why do you think this figure is happy?

How do you know when someone is sad?

What do you do if one of your friends is feeling lonely?

I absolutely love this unique feature of these toys and the way they enable parents to open up a dialogue about different emotions with their children.

Most importantly, MojiPops toys are incredibly fun to play with.

Aurelia was sent a range of different playsets from the Moji Pop range.

Pool Party Play Set

In the Pool Party Playset, your MojiPops can chill out by the pool, or put their party faces on and play in the pool. Aurelia loved all the little accessories that came with this particular set. The figurines can swoosh down the slide into the pool. Hang out on the deckchairs and ‘sip’ their cocktails from the table.

One of the MojiPops can play the role of DJ and get the party started in the DJ booth.

The two figures that came with this set were incredibly cool! One shaped like a bottle of suncream and the other a pool side drink. These figures come not only with interchangeable faces but can be used in all the other playsets too!

Treehouse Play Set

We love a good treehouse! The MojiPops treehouse comes with so many little gadgets, it kept Aurelia entertained for hours! The mechanics of this toy are brilliant! Aurelia was kept thoroughly entertained, hoisting the figurines up and down the treehouse on the lift. They climbed the stairs and took a turn on the swing.

As you can see, like all the other playsets in this range, the treehouse contains an impressive amount of features.

Aurelia loved the dragon and puppy figurines included in this set. Placing the figures at the top of the treehouse, they looked to the stars through their very own telescope!

Ferris Wheel Play Set

Another fabulous playset is the Ferris Wheel. The set includes a moving, rotating wheel complete with little carts that open. The Moji Pop toys can be placed inside the carts and go for a spin!

The Ferris Wheel play set completes that fairground feel with its very own kiosk! And the figurines included in this playset complement the fun, fairground atmosphere.

Blind Bags

Blind bags are all the rage at the moment. They are genuinely Aurelia’s most favourite thing! If she sees them in a shop, she simply must have a blind bag!

At first, I couldn’t get my head around the purpose or indeed the novelty of these ‘surprise’ toys. But the surprise element is precisely the thing that makes them most appealing. Children have no idea what toy is inside the blind bag they choose.

MojiPops also have a range of blind bags. Yet unlike some other blind bags on the market (which can set you back well in excess of £5.00) MojiPops blind bags are incredible value for money. For only 90p, your child can have the thrill of opening the blind bag to discover the mystery toy inside. These are truly pocket money toys!

Aurelia really enjoyed looking through the checklist to see which of the 48 characters she had.

As the faces are interchangeable and the figurines can be used on all the playsets, these toys are collectable. And, given the fact that the blind bags are incredibly inexpensive, children can go on collecting these adorable little figures.

So, What Did We Think of the MojiPops Toys?

Since this is a toy aimed at Aurelia’s age bracket (4-6 years of age), I’ll leave the answer to this question to Aurelia.

  • What was your favourite thing about MojiPops toys?

I liked the different faces. It could take them all off and swap them around. (The faces are incredibly easy to remove and replace).

  • Which was your favourite playset?

I really liked all 3, but the treehouse was really fun because it has a swing and a lift, just like I want my treehouse to have a swing and a lift! (Looks like I’m building a treehouse!)

  • Did you like the blind bags?

I liked opening the blind bag to see which toy I had. When we went to the shops the other day, I bought more blind bags so I have more MojiPop toys now! I like to put them all in the Pool at the Pool Party. (As they’re only 90p, we have just sent more MojiPop blind bags to Father Chrsitmas!

As a parent, I really enjoy playing with these toys with Aurelia. I always feel as though each and every toy in the home is in competition with the i-pad for Aurelia’s attention. These toys allow children to use their own imaginations away from the screen and offer good old fashioned play!

Whether you’re shopping for your own children, or someone else’s, MojiPops are the perfect Christmas gift. They’re collectable, interchangeable and provide hours of playful fun!

This is a collaborative post, however, as always, all opinions are my own.

I love the mojipops. For myself, I would just like the little faces. Changing them out each morning and keeping them on my dresser is something I would enjoy, and I am sure my age is not listed on the box! ?

I haven’t heard of MojiPops before but they are super cute! I love that emojis are being incorporated in so many different places. This is pretty creative- you can mix and match the faces into the different bodies. I remember loving playsets as a kid! Thanks for sharing!
