My Homemade Vegetable Soup

As many of you have read, I am currently on a weight loss journey and I’m recording this journey on my blog to hopefully help others. A friend of mine lost a significant amount of weight recently and attributed her success to homemade soup. She explained that she replaced one of her meals every day with a homemade soup (sometimes 2 meals per day if possible). I decided to take the plunge and give this a go.
